Company:Pro Coffee Gear**Pro Coffee Gear, a rapidly growing e-commerce company specializing in espresso machines and related parts, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic and diverse team.

This is a remote position offering the opportunity to work from anywhere while playing a crucial role in driving our company's revenue and expansion.

• Identifying, researching, and engaging potential clients to create new sales opportunities.
• Developing, maintaining, and growing a pipeline of sales prospects.
• Engaging clients through various communication channels to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and set up sales presentations.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience from first contact through the sales process.
• Maintaining a deep understanding of Pro Coffee Gears product offerings and tailoring sales presentations accordingly.
• Proposing and utilizing CRM systems to track interactions and sales progress effectively.
• Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.

• At least 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the ecommerce, wholesale, or SaaS sector.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build relationships with potential clients.
• Experience with CRM software.
• Selfstarter mentality, able to effectively work independently and in a team setting.
• High level of professionalism and comfort engaging with highlevel decisionmakers.
• Familiarity with the coffee industry, espresso machines, or related equipment is a plus.
