At Louw Roets Design we design & manufacture high-end solid wood furniture. We are looking for a Junior Draughtsman to join our team in Blackheath, Western Cape


Key responsibilities:

• 3D Modelling of furniture and custom products
• Creating manufacturing and technical drawings in accordance with company standards
• Create and update cutting lists
• Manage product drawings library and keeping it up to date.
• Ensure that the work environment conforms to safety requirements
• Producing customerspecific drawings
• Setup 3 axis CNC and testing manufacturing files (training will be given)

Requirements:

• Relevant Certificate/Diploma in Draughting or relevant qualification
• Minimum of 1 year experience (Draughting/Workshop)
• Preferably Rhino but Solidworks & AutoCAD 3D will be considered
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Comfortable to function under project time constraints

Salary:
