A well-established financial services business is seeking to appoint a Head: Claims Operations

The Head:

Claims Operations is primarily responsible to oversee and ensure management of daily operations and functions for all claims in an efficient and effective manner deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.

In addition; the incumbent is responsible to ensure a smooth claims experience through the implementation of automated processes of direct and

indirect claims handling procedures and risk management processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management / Business Administration / Medical / Health or related qualification.
Post graduate qualification in Business Management / Business Administration or related qualification.

Experience:

At least 1012 years' relevant claims administration experience of which 5 (five) years must have been at a senior management level.
Advanced knowledge in claims management systems, insurance/reinsurance principles and MVA legislation.
Experience in the claims administration environment in the private and/or public sector.
