    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct thorough site investigations, documenting findings in detailed reports.
    • Perform advanced computer modeling and simulations for HVAC systems, providing data-driven insights.
    • Develop comprehensive reports and documentation aligned with ECSA and client project stages.
    • Maintain strict adherence to legal, environmental, and health and safety standards.
    • Provide expert advice on suitable materials for mechanical engineering services.
    • Collaborate closely with designers to develop construction plans and blueprints.
    • Promote energy-efficient designs and oversee restoration projects, enhancing the built environment.
    • Prepare high-level estimates, detailed bills of quantities, and costings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
    • Draft scope of work, specifications, tender, and contract documents, ensuring clarity and precision.
    • Mentor junior engineers, technologists, and technicians, fostering growth and development.
    • Conduct site inspections, verifying designs align with specifications.
    • Review and develop project standards, ensuring consistency and excellence.
    • Authorize applicable mechanical engineering work.
    • Support business development initiatives, driving growth and innovation.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution.
    • At least 3-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering with PrEng/PrTech Eng registration.
    • PrEng/PrTech Eng candidates considered, but must have a minimum of 10 years working experience.
    • Advantageous: Experience with HVAC, Wet Services, building transportation systems, and Fire Services.
    • Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and related mechanical design software.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
