    Job Summary

    As a seasoned sales professional, you will play a key role in driving business growth across various sectors of OT, Industrial software, industrial automation, instrumentation, and control. Your primary objective will be to identify and capitalize on opportunities to sell solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Engage with clients across multiple business sectors to understand their needs and tailor solution selling approaches accordingly.
    • Develop and execute client engagement strategies to foster strong relationships and drive sales growth.
    • Manage customer relationships effectively, leveraging CRM tools to track leads and opportunities.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute account plans that align with business objectives.
    • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, including forecasting and budget vs actuals, to optimize sales strategies.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling company presentations and software technology overviews to showcase our products' value proposition.
    • Create formal quotations and proposals that cater to clients' specific needs and preferences.
    • Cross-sell solutions to maximize revenue potential and drive business growth.
    • Maintain excellent relationships with customers and suppliers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, conducting research to introduce new innovations to colleagues and management.
    • Support marketing activities, such as conferences, breakfast meetings, and golf days, to promote our brand and products.
    • Prepare and present Process Automation Solutions products at marketing events, highlighting their benefits and applications.
    • Adhere to relevant ISO procedures and policies, ensuring compliance and excellence in all aspects of your work.

    Desired Experience & Qualification

    We seek individuals with a minimum National Diploma (NDip) in Engineering or Computer and Information Science, with additional sales training, diplomas, or certificates being advantageous.

    Preferred qualifications include a degree in an engineering discipline and further management studies in process or operations completed.

    • At least 5 years of experience in solution selling and customer-facing skills.
    • Product-specific training and certifications in Industrial Automation, Control, and Instrumentation.
    • Strong knowledge and experience in operational technology (OT) domain and industry-type solution selling.

    Industry expertise is desired in Oil & Gas, Mining & Cement, Automotive, and Food & Beverage sectors.
