Job Title: Recruitment Resourcer

Responsibilities:

Talent Identification: Identify and engage top talent across various job roles within the fleet, logistics, and transportation industries.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilise job boards, databases, and networking strategies to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
Initial Screenings: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' suitability for roles.
Candidate Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and sourcing strategies.
Job Advertising: Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements across multiple platforms.
Candidate Experience: Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communications to ensure a smooth and positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Industry Trends: Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent sourcing.

Key Skills:

Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organisation: Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Candidate Sourcing Tools: Proficiency in candidate sourcing tools, job boards, and LinkedIn.
Problem-Solving: Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or HR is an advantage, with familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software preferred.

Qualifications:

Degree: Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
