Job summary
To support the technical coordinator with all aspects of the administration of the division/region.
+Responsibilities
- To act as the point of contact internally for day-to-day interaction with technical coordinator and technicians for your region.
- To provide administrative support, including typing, filing, data capturing/input maintenance travel claim HR information documentation management information held by region.
Qualifications
- Grade 12/Matric education required experience in an office/administration role good computer skills Microsoft package syspro knowledge store operations managing schedules multi-tasking following rules regulations problem solving displays insight intelligence innovative thinker decisiveness prudent decision making adaptable flexible improving work processes develops technical knowledge documentation actions results interpersonal competencies interpersonal savvy reading others active listening clear open communication demonstrates empathy accommodates clients levelheaded works supervisors comfortable social situations honest trustworthy influence persuasion competencies explaining situations clearly dealing conflict displays courage responsible attitude working environment self motivated proactive individual positive impact team work willing learn adapt.
