Responsibilities
Administration:
Organize documents from stakeholders and maintain digital claim files
Telephone queries attendance and take messages
Co-ordinate new instructions to panel attorney
Draft minutes during meetings and action items
Claim Files
Registering of new claims in the internal system
Draft settlement and release agreements
Provision of claim letters and claim forms to stakeholders if required
Close and update all stakeholder claim files
Updating and maintaining the trial date spread sheet
Skills and Competencies
Communication
Planning and attention to detail and organizing skills
Qualifications and Experience
Paralegal certificate
Secretarial certificate
2-3 Years' experience
