Branch Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Manager to drive store performance, ensure operational excellence, and lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Team Management: Lead, inspire, and develop a team of sales associates, supervisors, and support staff.
Sales Growth: Drive sales growth and achieve branch revenue targets.
Merchandising: Implement merchandising strategies and ensure products are displayed according to company guidelines.
Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control to optimize sales and reduce waste.
Customer Service: Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve any escalated customer issues effectively.
Store Presentation: Maintain high standards of branch presentation, cleanliness, and health & safety compliance.
Performance Analysis: Analyze branch performance data and create action plans for continuous improvement.
Reporting: Report to senior management, providing regular updates on branch performance and key metrics.
Financial Management: Manage branch expenses, budgets, and profitability, ensuring cost-effective operations.

Requirements:

Matric qualification
Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Store Manager, or similar retail leadership role
Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, staffing, and sales targets
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Ability to analyze performance data and implement strategies for improvement
A solid understanding of health and safety regulations and retail standards
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum
