Job Title: Commercial Team Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Team Leader to join our team in Rustenburg. As a key member of our commercial sales team, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives, sourcing, and closing corporate deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sell Cartrack products and services by presenting our value proposition and ROI concept to SMEs and large commercial customers.
Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets in specified areas.
Nurture executive-level relationships with clients, maximizing sales opportunities within them.
Maintain high-quality administrative tasks associated with the sales channel, including CRM System management.
Understand the value of full fleet solutions and have an in-depth knowledge of Cartrack's products and services.
Requirements:

Valid driver's license.
Solution-oriented mindset.
Established network of corporate clients.
Strong business acumen with a focus on customer relations.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
High EQ with strong negotiation skills.
CRM experience is essential.
