Having gone up against the likes of Google, Amazon,Apple and Oracle to obtain our Patent the team is positioned for commercialization.

We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with experience in; driving new technology into the market, building a company's technology strategy and leading a team of developers to deliver innovative solutions to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's technology strategy, aligning it with the overall business goals and objectives.
• Lead, manage and execute technical tasks as well as support developers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the delivery of highquality software solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement software solutions that incorporate AI technologies.
• Stay uptodate with emerging technologies and trends in the industry, and provide recommendations for adoption where appropriate.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to understand customer needs and deliver solutions that meet those needs.
• Implement and maintain best practices in software development, including agile methodologies, code reviews, and continuous integration and deployment.
• Ensure that the company's software solutions are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.
• Identify and solve technical challenges that arise in the course of development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

• Experience with AI integration
• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, AngularJS, VueJS, etc.
• Familiarity with backend technologies such as , Ruby on Rails, Python, PHP, Java, etc.
• Experience with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, Oracle, etc.
• Knowledge of cloud services such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, etc.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitLab, etc.
• Experience in mobile development for Android, iOS, React Native, etc.
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikitlearn, etc.
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Thorough knowledge of product development procedures and methodologies
