Maintenance and Optimization of Data Center Infrastructure

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the maintenance and optimization of our data center infrastructure operation and maintenance system.

Develop and Implement Operation and Maintenance Plan: Formulate and deploy an effective operation and maintenance guarantee plan to ensure smooth operations.
Manage Personnel and Equipment: Fully manage and deploy all personnel of facilities and equipment, ensuring quality and efficiency in maintenance work.
Safeguard Operations: Ensure the safe operation of power equipment and the integrity of facilities, achieving optimal efficiency while minimizing costs.
Major Event Reporting and Management: Responsible for reporting and tracking major events, as well as organizing, reviewing, and implementing major changes.
Familiarity with Power Facilities: Familiarize yourself with the current status of all power guarantee facilities at the project site and power requirements of each computer room.
Preventive and Emergency Maintenance Plans: Develop preventive maintenance and emergency plans for all power guarantee facilities (computer room power distribution system, air conditioning and ventilation system, fire protection facilities, building automatic control system, etc.) to ensure safe data center operation.
Review and Revision of Power Facilities Operations: Review and revise the operation of various power facilities, operation instructions, and plans based on data center needs.
: Formulate and review emergency plans for data centers and conduct regular drills to ensure safety during operations.
: Manage the infrastructure operation and maintenance team, providing continuous training and assessment to ensure team members meet job competency requirements.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree or above in Electricity, HVAC, Automation, or related majors, with TISS operation and maintenance project manager certificate. Intermediate professional titles or above preferred.
More than 5 years of experience in data center infrastructure construction or operation and maintenance management. Managed a 7*24-hour operation and maintenance team of more than 30 people preferred.
Familiarity with data center infrastructure operation and maintenance, including adjusting, repairing, troubleshooting, and modifying room systems.
Knowledge of data center power systems, HVAC systems, decoration, fire protection, security, and other relevant areas.
Strong management experience and communication and coordination skills.
Team-oriented individual with strong spirit.
Proficient in ISO/IEC20000-1 service management system.
Able to adapt to frequent short-term business trips.
Excellent written and oral expression, communication, and coordination skills, with strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills, and execution ability.
