Corporate Finance and M&A Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a trainee in corporate finance and M&A. This role offers the opportunity to develop your technical skills, collaborate with diverse clients, and drive professional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in valuations, financial due diligence, financial modelling, capital raises, and lead advisory services for clients across various industries.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing expert advice.
• Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to complex financial challenges.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as accounting, finance, or business administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and proficiency in Excel.
