Jackpersad & Partners are the largest independent Radiology Group in KZN providing advanced radiological imaging. We are looking for professional and competent Medical Secretary for our Hillcrest venue, based at Busamed Hillcrest Private Hospital. The Medical Secretary will be responsible for managing and overseeing the patient intake and discharge process, ensuring that patients are given a professional service

Minimum of 2 years' experience providing administrative support in a busy Medical environment
Experience of using online systems and PC literacy
Experience of working directly with customers
Ability to multitask in busy and challenging environment
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism

Skills Required:

Highly computer literate
Excellent communication skills (English)
Computer literate
Knowledge and experience of working with an online patient system e.g. RIS, and ICD10 codes will be advantageous
Familiarity with medical terms and codes and obtaining authorisation for procedures would be advantageous
