Dynamic Sales Representative Opportunity

Performer Recruitment is seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team in Pretoria and surrounding areas. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients in the formal on-trade channel.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategically attain channel-specific availability targets and ensure precise execution of brand availability across channels.
Elevate brand equity as a primary catalyst for all initiatives and engagements, and innovate to amplify sales volume.
Execute promotions in alignment with brand equity standards, channelize promotions for optimal brand-channel synergy, and implement the National Promotions Strategy meticulously.
Monitor and optimize promotion ROI, and enhance brand visibility via imagery, displays, and merchandising.
Methodically administer and update call cycles, achieve 100% adherence to the call cycle, and ensure accurate coding of all outlets.
Responsibly engage with consumers across all touchpoints, gather consumer data aligned with target demographics, and relay consumer insights and expectations effectively.
Adhere to quantity and cycle discount parameters, prompt completion and submission of PODs and credit notes, maintain and upkeep company vehicles, manage vehicle mileage within budgetary limits, and responsibly handle promotional stock.

Requirements:

3 Year Tertiary Education (Beneficial)
2-3-Years Relevant experience - experience within FMCG / Food & Beverage, specifically in the HORECA/Formal On Trade channel.
Sales experience within the region specific to the role is required.
Product, service knowledge and understanding of category management.
Knowledge of marketing and accounting principles.
Computer literate.
Ability to conceptualise and negotiate.
Customer orientation.
Sound interpersonal skills and creativity (big picture thinking).
Team player and ability to work independently using initiative.
Comfortable to work weekend/ evenings.
