Financial Planning Associate


Responsibility:

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Product Knowledge

Full understanding of Investment Products:

  • Living unities annuities
  • Life annuities
  • Retirement annuities
  • Preservation funds
  • Discretionary investments
  • Endowments
  • Tax free savings investments
  • Value Chain Management
  • Building relationships with clients
  • Propose solutions and draft financial recommendations that meet each client's goals, needs and objectives.
  • Prepare Financial Planning Proposals
  • Ensure proposals are prepared within the required SLA timeframes.
  • Capture all proposals on the CRM management system
  • Prepare Portfolio Reviews
  • Prepare reviews for clients within SLA timeframes
  • Reviews to be captured on the CRM management system
  • Reviews to be discussed with clients and feedback to be captured on the CRM
  • Case Management
  • Attend to Cases within the required SLA timeframes.
  • Capture Cases on the CRM management system
  • General Administration
  • Ensure that templates are kept up to date aligned with legislative changes
  • Testing new CRM functions and processes
  • Provide technical support on Retirement funds, legislation and tax
  • Intermediate Understanding of Microsoft office
  • Authorise Investec CCM payments

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning
  • CFP (Certified Financial Planner)
  • Regulatory Examination (RE5)

Salary:
R20, R35,000.00 per month
