    We are seeking an experienced Back Office Administrator to join our team in Pretoria, responsible for managing the back-office operations of our treasury services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • FX Deal Execution
    • Process and settle FX deals in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring seamless confirmations.
    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise.

    BoP Form Processing

    • Provide expert guidance to clients on BoP form requirements, ensuring accurate and compliant submissions.

    Treasury Operations

    • Compile comprehensive monthly client reports, highlighting key performance metrics and trends.
    • Support the broader treasury team in various operational tasks, fostering a collaborative work environment.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a back-office or treasury operations role is required.
    • A proven track record in FX deal execution and BoP form processing is essential.
    • A strong understanding of treasury management systems and related technologies is necessary.
    • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills are crucial in this role.
