A catering company has a position available for an Operations manager to oversee private hospitals and retirement villages.

The successful person needs the following qualities:

  • A minimum of 3 years hospitality experience
  • A passion for food
  • Own transport and willingness to travel
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety
  • Ability to work within a budget
  • Knowledge of hygiene standards
  • Human resource management experience
- the ability to work long hours

  • The ability to start immediately or with short notice
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
