Description
An experienced Team Leader is required to manage and guide a team of debt counselling agents to reach required sales targets.
Do you have proven coaching skills and an awesome sales background? If so, this could be the position for you.
What you'll do
- Leading and managing a team of Debt counselling sales agents
- Performance Management, coaching and developing team.
- Drive staff to achieve required targets and is accountable for teams overall sales targets
- Assessment of agent calls
- QA.
- Assisting with interviews & Role plays.
- Dealing with escalated queries/problems.
- Ensuring continual communication between management and staff.
- Adhere to and enforce internal policies.
- Inspire, motivate, and support their team.

Qualifications & Experience
- Grade 1 essential
- 2 years sales experience essential
- 2 years management/leadership experience essential
- Proficient in English essential (writing, reading, speaking)
- Bilingual advantage (writing, reading, speaking)
- Debt counselling knowledge/ experience advantageous
- Computer literate
- MS Office, especially Excel essential.
Salary:
R10, R15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- debt review: 2 years (required)
