Description
5 Years experience gained with in a FOOD RETAIL environment in a similar role.
Academic Qualification Scale
- Grade 12 / Matric / NQF level 4 Essential
- Diploma / NQF level 6 Preferred
- Wholesale and Retail or similar
- Advanced Diploma / NQF level 7 Preferred
Duties:
- People Management & HR Administration
- Identify training needs regularly and ensure that training interventions are aligned to the outcomes of the need analysis.
- Schedule and coordinate weekly shifts to ensure a consistent workflow.
- Provide effective support and monitoring of staff production, attendance and performance according to set criteria
- Profitability, Sales and Targets
- Monitor and control weekly purchases and sales against weekly purchase vs. sales report.
- Monitor and adjust packaging and equipment maintenance costs
- Monitor and maintain perishable stock and range levels on a daily basis (includes timeous responding to shelf gap monitoring, overstock and stockouts report updates).
