    Software Support Engineer

    Job Summary

    This position involves providing technical support for software solutions, ensuring seamless execution of projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, and demonstrate a strong understanding of software development principles.

    Salary Range

    $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide technical support for software solutions, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complex problems.
    • Collaborate with software development teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
    • Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
    • Participate in training and knowledge-sharing initiatives to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in software support or related role.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
