    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Solve customer cases through various contact channels (telephone, email, and web/live chat) by applying advanced troubleshooting techniques and working with customers to identify root causes of issues.
    2. Drive initiatives to improve support-related processes and our customers' experience, including creating tutorials, how-to videos, technical articles, trainings, etc.
    3. Leverage customer support experience to provide feedback to internal AWS teams on how to improve services and work on critical, complex customer problems spanning multiple AWS services.
    4. Continuously learn groundbreaking technologies and develop new technical skills and professional competencies.
    5. Act as interviewer in hiring processes and coach/mentor new team members.

As a member of this team, you will be at the forefront of transformative technology, operating on a follow-the-sun model. You will assist a global list of companies and developers taking advantage of growing services and features to run mission-critical applications.

    Qualifications:

    • 1+ years of software development or 1+ years of technical support experience.
    • Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
    • Experience working with IaC tools (CloudFormation, Terraform, CDK) and Configuration Management tools (AWS OpsWorks, Chef, Puppet, Ansible).
