"What you will do
As an AM, you are autonomous and focused on managing a assigned customer base, with the two core responsibilities in protecting and growing the base by upselling and cross-selling CM solutions.
We enable a lot of freedom, support, and guidance for you to run your sales activities to ensure results are delivered.
You will collaborate cross functional and work closely together with your - international - sales colleagues (Marketing and Sales Development Representatives, Customer Success Managers and Account Managers) with Product, Marketing and Development.
- Create and execute a go-to-market plan for the SA enterprise market.
- Organize (online) demos and meetings to help customers during the education phase;
- Building a sustainable sale pipeline;
- Use our CRM (Salesforce) as your friend and keep it up to date so that it can guide you along the way;
- Attending relevant sales events and congresses.
You connect with us, if you
- You have 5+ years with relevant working experience in new account Management in a B2B environment.
- You have a proven track record in sales achievements (closing deals)
- If you can bring strong knowledge and experience within SaaS industry is a great plus.
- With outstanding closing and convincing skills.
