Currently we are searching for a Customer service representative for Johannesburg, South Africa.


Responsibilities of this Post:

Handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Ensure that administrative duties are accurate and timely.
Liaise with multiple departments effectively to get the correct information to clients.
Solve complex problems through teamwork and creativity.
Ensure that all company guidelines are followed by clients.
Ensure individual targets are met daily as set out by management.
Work together in a team to reach targets.


Requirements of this Post:

Matric.
Three to four years' experience as customer service representative.
Punctuality and good telephone etiquette.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Must be energetic, with a positive and friendly attitude.
