    Description

    Workshop Service Manager

    Vacancy available for a skilled Workshop Service Manager with a Vehicle dealership in Johannesburg.

    The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the Service and Parts Department, including sales, staff, and finances. Key responsibilities include:

    • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth.
    • Managing service and parts department profitability through effective financial controls.
    • Establishing and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction levels.
    • Leading, developing, and motivating staff to achieve targets.

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Service or Workshop Management or Aftersales Management.
    • Considerable experience working in a corporate branded dealership within the Service department.
    • Strong management and leadership skills, with a proven track record of driving targets.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
    • A valid driver's license and clear criminal record are essential.
    • A Grade 12 or tertiary education qualification is required.
