    Job Title: Sales Consultant - Adhesives and Fillers

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As a specialist in adhesives and fillers, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and driving the sales of our range of adhesives and fillers to both existing and new customers.

    About the Role:

    • Sales Strategy and Execution:

      • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in the adhesives and fillers market.

      • Identify new business opportunities, including prospecting for new customers and expanding relationships with existing clients.

      • Actively manage the sales pipeline, track leads, and close deals efficiently.

    • Customer Relationship Management:

      • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their business needs and offering personalized solutions.

      • Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring satisfaction with products and services.

    • Product Knowledge and Expertise:

      • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of adhesives and fillers, their applications, and benefits.

      • Offer technical advice and product demonstrations to clients, helping them choose the most appropriate products for their requirements.

      • Stay current with industry trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings.

    • Sales Administration:

      • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

      • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management on a regular basis.

      • Handle order processing, quotations, and follow-up on orders to ensure timely delivery.

    • Collaboration with Internal Teams:

      • Work closely with marketing, technical support, and logistics teams to ensure that sales strategies align with business goals.

      • Provide feedback from customers to improve products, services, and overall customer experience.

    • Training and Development:

      • Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills.

      • Attend relevant training programs and industry events to stay updated on trends and technical advancements.

    Requirements:

    • Education:

      • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).

    • Experience:

      • Proven track record of 3+ years in a sales role, preferably within the adhesives, fillers, or related industries (e.g., construction, automotive, manufacturing).

      • Experience in B2B sales and working with technical products is highly desirable.

      • Previous experience in customer relationship management and developing long-term business partnerships.

    • Skills & Competencies:

      • Strong knowledge of adhesives and fillers products, their applications, and the industries they serve.

      • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.

      • Ability to present technical information in an easy-to-understand manner.

      • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a customer-focused approach to sales.

      • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

      • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

      • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

      • Willingness to travel as needed for customer visits and industry events.
