Job Title: MI Data Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled MI Data Analyst to join our team at CallForce. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data analytics and experience in implementing enterprise data management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide data analytics support in a dynamic BPO operation
Implement enterprise data management processes, procedures, and decision support
Develop and maintain metadata management processes
Utilize enterprise repository tools, data modeling tools, data mapping tools, and data profiling tools
Produce high-quality analytics and problem-solving solutions

Requirements:

4-6 years of data analytics experience in the BPO/Contact Centre sector
Strong understanding of relational data structures, theories, principles, and practices
Knowledge of enterprise repository tools, data modeling tools, data mapping tools, and data profiling tools
Proven track record of producing high-quality analytics and problem-solving solutions
