RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATOR
Our car dealership in Somerset West has a vacancy available for a Reception / Administrative person


Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field: 45 year's minimum.
  • Prior accounting background within an admin department


  • Good computer skills

  • Microsoft (various packages), Evolve & IAL (preferred but not essential).
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required.

Pay:
R9,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Helderberg,

Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Experience:


  • Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (required)
