    Business Partner, People & Culture

    for Corporate and Investment Banking's Technology Portfolio.

    Job Overview

    Provide end-to-end People and Culture value chain business partner support for the Corporate and Investment Banking, Technology portfolio.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Offer business partnering advisory support to stakeholders within the allocated portfolio/s of responsibility in the Technology portfolio.
    • Collaborate with P&C teams to provide guidance in support of the overall people experience and business objectives.

    Requirements

    A degree in Human Resources Management, Behavioural Science or Social Science is required.

    • 5-7 years of experience in People & Culture, preferably in a partnering role.
    • Experience working in a multinational company with senior management teams in complex environments.
    • A track record of implementing integrated People & Culture solutions that drive business performance.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of the role People & Culture plays in enabling business commercial and social relevance.
