In order to ensure further growth of our food business in EMEA, we are currently looking for an experienced Coordinator on a 1-year contract.


RESPONSIBILITIES

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

As an experienced Coordinator, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Provide administrative support to various Audit Delivery Managers (ADMs) located in Europe and Africa. Support ranges from updating and maintaining auditors' profiles to processing auditors' expenses.
  • Schedule audits for clients located in various European countries.
  • Capture data in internal and external databases.

QUALIFICATIONS

Your Profile:


  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year of administrative or customer service experience
  • Ability to prioritize workload
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Ability to autonomously coordinate and administer different tasks
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite
  • You have a positive, cando attitude.
  • You carry out your role with empathy for your colleagues and clients.
  • You are an efficient and effective communicator and stick to NSF's turnaround times.
  • You turn problems into solutions.
  • You are proactive and do followup so that others don't have to.
