- FAIS Credits and/or a suitable tertiary qualification
- Leadership or management studies completed or in progress will be beneficial
- Previous leadership experience will be favourable
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and assume full management responsibility for a team of professional sales support staff as well
- Target tracking and ensuring achievement of both individual and group KPI's
- Coaching and quality checking
- Management information reports
- Team gees initiatives
- Innovation around processes and systems
Competencies
- Team management ability or potential to develop such ability within a short space of time
- Coaching skills
- Good knowledge of monitoring systems and management information reports
- Organised, selfdisciplined and selfmotivated
- Deadline and results orientated
