    As a Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our client's brand visibility and engage with their target audience. You will have the opportunity to shape their social media presence and make significant contributions to the growth and success of their organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Be responsible for creating, developing and managing creative social media campaigns across all platforms, including the generation of visual and written content.
    • Regularly create and post engaging content such as short video content, reels, scene shots and monitor its impact.
    • Grow and sustain online followership through well-strategized plans and consistent content production.
    • Identify and collaborate with influencers to create captivating content that enhances customer engagement and sales.
    • Be on top of social media trends, incorporating them into content and strategy as suitable.
    • Monitor competitors' and overseas companies' social media strategies.
    • Analyse engagement data and report to senior management on the efficacy of content and social media campaigns.
    • Develop an understanding of customer expectations based on past social media activities.
    • Monitor the company's brand on social media and ensure customer inquiries are responded to promptly.
    • Use Social Media analytics tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social etc.) to track progress on all platforms and for reporting purposes.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
    • 5+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role. Content management experience.
    • Proven experience in creating and managing content, including video and graphic content.
    • Proficiency across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube.
    • Extensive knowledge of social media best practices.
    • Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
    • Strong ability to analyse statistics and data to generate insightful reports.
    • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and keyword research an advantage.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to develop a unique voice for each social media platform.
    • Understanding of graphic design principles.
