    Job Description

    We're seeking a skilled professional to implement our Group Cyber Resilience strategy.

    This involves securing platforms, ecosystems, 3rd party integration, protecting sensitive data, applications, and supporting infrastructure from infiltration or misuse.

    You will guide security capabilities in client segments and solutions, facilitate security services, and ensure policies, standards, and controls are embedded to prevent losses and compliance with regulatory requirements.

    Educating employees about their InfoSec responsibilities is also key.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Alert stakeholders to non-compliance with Cyber Resilience Policies and Standards.
    • Collaborate with feature teams to investigate risk remediation controls.
    • Raise awareness regarding policies in business, technology, and risk communities.
    • Create awareness of security trends and threats.
    • Document and track security findings into a formal risk register.
    • Engage with suppliers to share Cyber Resilience policies and standards.

    Requirements

    • A degree in Business Commerce, Information Technology, or Risk Management.
    • 5-7 years experience in an information security role within banking and/or financial services sector.
    • Strong IT understanding and experience with digital and platform operating models and cyber security trends and solutions.
