Well established IT / ISP company based in Cape Town is hiring a junior IT Technician for their networking department.

This is a junior / entry level permanent position where 0-2 years of IT work experience is required.

The person must be passionate about the IT industry, Internet of Things and different types of IT technology and equipment.


The individual must already be living in Cape Town and available immediately to start working.
The IT individual will have completed Matric (grade 12) and any form of an IT qualification (tertiary). They will be based full time at the offices in Cape Town central, Monday - Friday. Standard office working hours. The person must have good timekeeping and reliable transport to be able to get to the office on time.


The junior IT Technician will be responsible for overseeing and checking all Router equipment that is faulty / returned and documenting all the stock for the networking department.

The person will have an interest working with various Routers and is computer literate working with MS Office, Excel.


Minimum Requirements in order to be considered for the position:

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Matric & IT diploma or equivalent qualification


  • Computer literate

  • MS Office

  • Enjoys working with IT equipment e.g. Routers
  • Excel
lent communication skills & time and attendance in the workplace

  • Team player and ability to working independently
  • Committed, reliable, responsible, trustworthy

Salary:
R5, R10,000.00 per month
