A National Franchised Service and Repair Centre brand is looking for a Regional After Sales Manager for the Gauteng, Polokwane and Mpumalanga to be based in Midrand.

Applicants who have previously worked for an aftermarket service center such as BOSCH, e-Car, Car Service City, CARtime, Car Care Clinic etc.

or similar will be given preference however should the applicant have franchise sales knowledge and be able to engage with potential franchisee's these applicants may also submit their CV's

Requirements:

Strong Mechanical Knowledge
Minimum 5 years managerial experience as a After Sales Manager or Workshop manager
Must have experience working at an Aftermarket Service Center.
Previous experience in franchise sales and store setup for a national brand advantageous
Must have own reliable transport.
Must be wellpresented and able to communicate in English and Afrikaans.
Honest and reliable.
Strong leadership skills.
Plan and manage operational policies and strategies in a given region.
Delegate responsibilities to other managers to meet company goals.
Ensure that the required statistical reporting is completed and disseminated as appropriate.
Oversee and take responsibility for regional quality control and performance management.
Direct recruitment and training processes in response to company requirements
MUST have a valid Driver's License.

Duties:

Strong people skills, customer service ability, Relationship Management skills required.
Training, and managing Franchisee's and their employees.
Handling of complaints and Warranty cases.
Ensure the overall satisfaction of a company.
Calling upon Franchisees for site inspections
Calling upon and Engaging with potential Franchisee's for the sale of branches
Management of teams and contractors on new franchise sites
Must be able to be away from home for long periods on regional road trips.
Good communication skills and attention to detail

Working hours

Mon to Friday 7.00am to 17.30pm

Saturday 8am till 1pm

Salary R per month plus commission, negotiable depending on experience.
