    Your Job: Are you ready to play a pivotal role in optimizing market demand and driving supply chain efficiency across multiple countries and functions? Join our MEA Supply Chain team as a Demand Planner In this role, you will be responsible for translating consumer and sales demand, overseeing promotions, and managing product introduction and rollover plans. Your insights will contribute to the creation of an 18-month rolling forecast, ensuring robust market demand communication to meet business objectives. Be part of a dynamic team making strategic decisions to achieve working capital targets, operating profit, and outstanding customer service.

    About You: As the ideal candidate, you hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a background in Business/Supply Chain. Your experience in forecasting or sales and operations planning (S&OP) environments has equipped you with first-class analytical skills and a keen eye for data manipulation. Fluent in English, you have a flexible approach, strong leadership skills, and an ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in SAP APO, MS EXCEL, BW, and R/3 or similar systems is desirable. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, can make decisions under pressure, and are ready to contribute to process improvement, we want you on our team

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain an 18-month rolling forecast at the SKU level for an agreed product portfolio.
  • Drive improvements in forecast accuracy and bias.
  • Manage monthly forecast release processes and present aligned forecasts to the wider business.
  • Optimize service levels, reduce obsolescence, and manage cost exposure through location splits and allocation rules.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and S&OP colleagues to support tactical execution aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify and deliver process and capability improvements, cost transformation, and inventory optimization opportunities.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA, BSc) or equivalent.
  • Business/Supply Chain experience, preferably in forecasting or S&OP.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent analytical skills with data manipulation and critical thinking.
  • Flexible approach with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with SAP APO, MS EXCEL, BW, and R/3 or similar systems is desirable.
