    IT Internal Auditor Role at Network Finance

    We are seeking a driven and experienced IT Internal Auditor to join our team in Cape Town. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on pushing boundaries, driving excellence, and making a real impact in the world of technology.

    The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation and a knack for uncovering hidden gems within our IT infrastructure. They will be responsible for crafting and executing a strategic IT audit plan, diving into the intricacies of our systems, and ensuring rock-solid security.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive IT audit strategy that sets the stage for success
    • Analyze and assess our IT systems, identifying vulnerabilities and ensuring robust security measures are in place
    • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across the IT landscape
    • Serve as the guardian of integrity, detecting risks and ensuring compliance at every turn
    • Utilize data analytics to uncover insights and inform decision-making
    • Promote a culture of vigilance, protecting our organization against fraud and theft through regular audits
    • Lead our IT risk management process towards excellence, staying ahead of emerging threats
    • Compile compelling audit reports that inspire action and drive change

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Internal Auditing/Computer Science/Informatics or equivalent
    • At least 5 years' experience as an IT Internal Auditor, with 2 at a senior level
    • A proven track record of implementing effective IT controls and frameworks
    • Proficiency in data analytics, turning raw data into actionable insights
    • CISA certification is a plus, but not required
    • Strong understanding of IT threats, vulnerabilities, and risks, coupled with familiarity with COBIT, ITIL, NIST Frameworks, ISO27001, and internal audit principles

    Package and Remuneration:

    R450,000 - R560,000 per annum
