ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lesson Planning and Delivery:

Assist the children with homework expectations
Workload will increase slightly in the new year
Create individualised lesson plans (if necessary) tailored to each child's age, needs, and learning style.

Academic Support:

Skill Development:

Focus on building foundational skills, including literacy, numeracy, problemsolving, and critical thinking.
Encourage a growth mindset and a positive attitude toward learning.

Progress Monitoring:

Motivation and Engagement:

Create a supportive and encouraging learning environment.
Use creative and interactive teaching methods to keep children engaged and motivated.

Communication:

Communicate regularly with parents to discuss progress, goals, and areas for improvement.

Environment Management:

Curriculum Development:

Stay updated on educational trends and best practices for teaching young children.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field (preferred).
Experience working with young children in an educational setting.
Knowledge of child development and ageappropriate teaching methods.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each child.
Basic understanding of educational technology and online learning platforms
Valid Drivers Licence and Own reliable car
