A large 5* Corporate Hotel seeks a HR Officer.

Reporting to the Human Resources Operations Manager, the successful incumbent will engage with all departments of the business.

You will be responsible to assist the HR leadership in building and sustaining positive internal and external relationships with associates, management and external business partner, support the HR department and the business by performing a generalist role within the Human Resources discipline but not limited to; HR Administration, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Employee wellness Initiatives, HR Projects in accordance with policies and procedures and local law whilst maintaining confidentiality as well as quality and standards of the Hotel within a pressurized environment.

Degree/diploma qualification in Human Resources
Practical experience, exposure to broad aspects of Human Resources within a HR environment essential
Experience within a hotel HR environment preferable
