Responsibilities of the Role

Product Ownership:
With input from the Snr Product Manager and other stakeholders define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, business objectives, and market trends
Create and maintain a product backlog that effectively communicates the development team's priorities and ensures timely delivery of features
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization
Work with development teams to ensure clear understanding of product requirements and ensure successful delivery of product features
Continuously monitor and analyse user feedback and product usage data to inform future product development
Act as the primary point of contact for all productrelated inquiries and communicate product updates to relevant stakeholders
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g. sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) to ensure successful delivery of product features
Work closely with crossfunctional teams (e.g. Architects, QA, engineering) to ensure effective collaboration and timely delivery of product features
Provide leadership and mentorship to the development team to ensure adherence to Agile principles and best practices
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure successful delivery of product features
Documentation Management:
Own the design of product requirements and subsequent successful delivery of the requirements.
Design and create process documentation required to help collaboration in our expanding organization.

Requirements of the Role

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Engineering or Business degree / diploma (BBA, MBA, Business Analysis certification)
Work experience:
3+ years' as Business Analyst or Solutions Architect in an Agile environment
3+ years' building software products
3+ years' delivering frictionless user journeys
Working in delivering portal solutions in Software as a Service solution is preferred(SaaS)
Working with Agile Methodology, SDLC and Sprints
Building and managing a product roadmap
Reviewing and analysing software industry data.
Working with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Asana is preferred
Knowledge and Abilities:
Manage multiple projects prioritization, planning and task delegation
Strong analytical and statistical skills are essential
Establish and improve processes and drive implementation and adoption throughout the organization
Indepth knowledge of B2B domain product presentation to large enterprises
Indepth knowledge of user experience and intuitive designs
Exceptional problemsolving skills
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Sound knowledge of the economics of supply and demand
Ability to spot opportunities for process improvement across multiple teams
