Responsibilities of the Role

  • Product Ownership:
  • With input from the Snr Product Manager and other stakeholders define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, business objectives, and market trends
  • Create and maintain a product backlog that effectively communicates the development team's priorities and ensures timely delivery of features
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization
  • Work with development teams to ensure clear understanding of product requirements and ensure successful delivery of product features
  • Continuously monitor and analyse user feedback and product usage data to inform future product development
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all productrelated inquiries and communicate product updates to relevant stakeholders
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g. sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) to ensure successful delivery of product features
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams (e.g. Architects, QA, engineering) to ensure effective collaboration and timely delivery of product features
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the development team to ensure adherence to Agile principles and best practices
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure successful delivery of product features
  • Documentation Management:
  • Own the design of product requirements and subsequent successful delivery of the requirements.
  • Design and create process documentation required to help collaboration in our expanding organization.

Requirements of the Role

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Engineering or Business degree / diploma (BBA, MBA, Business Analysis certification)
  • Work experience:
  • 3+ years' as Business Analyst or Solutions Architect in an Agile environment
  • 3+ years' building software products
  • 3+ years' delivering frictionless user journeys
  • Working in delivering portal solutions in Software as a Service solution is preferred(SaaS)
  • Working with Agile Methodology, SDLC and Sprints
  • Building and managing a product roadmap
  • Reviewing and analysing software industry data.
  • Working with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Asana is preferred
  • Knowledge and Abilities:
  • Manage multiple projects prioritization, planning and task delegation
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills are essential
  • Establish and improve processes and drive implementation and adoption throughout the organization
  • Indepth knowledge of B2B domain product presentation to large enterprises
  • Indepth knowledge of user experience and intuitive designs
  • Exceptional problemsolving skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Sound knowledge of the economics of supply and demand
  • Ability to spot opportunities for process improvement across multiple teams
