The below list of tasks and duties are not exhaustive, and the employer is entitled to instruct the employee at any time to carry out additional duties and or responsibilities which fall reasonably within the ambit of the job description, or in accordance with operational requirements of the company.

• Provide legal support to the company.
• Draft legal documentation, including contract templates, default notices, PSP appointment letters etc.
• Vetting and compliance: All legal documentation drafted on behalf of thirdparty funders.
• Manage Tusk and litigation and disputes, drafting court documentation where applicable.
• Attorney liaison.

• Identify and manage legal risks for Tusk, such as changes in legislation and in the construction environment.
• Conduct investigations and liaise with investigating officers.
• Contacting clients and obtaining signatures and ensuring that all documents are correctly executed.
• Liaise with various banks and activating opened bank accounts.
• Gather the necessary documents to ensure that contractors' insurance is in place.

• Manage debt collection on behalf of Tusk.
• Setting and meeting collection targets as per agreement by Tusk.
• Attend and report on debt collection meetings.
• Instruct external attorneys per requirement.
• Meet with contractors to resolve legal issues relating to their projects.

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Paralegal Diploma / Law Degree.
• Relevant experience in either private practice or inhouse legal division.

• Law/ Paralegal qualification (preferred)
