Description
Luxury restaurant group in Cape Town is seeking an experienced General Manager to join their team.

Must have a passion for hospitality and leave guest feeling like they had the most memorable experience.

  • Must be willing to work 6 days per week, weekends and public holidays
  • Shifts
  • Must have min 2 years experience as a General Manager in luxury restaurants managing FoH and BoH
  • Own car
  • Must reside in cape Town and surrounding areas as interviews will be face to face.
  • Staff and stock management
  • Opening and closing procedures
  • Manage staff rosters
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Have matric
  • Be presentable
  • Report to Operations Manager

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
R30, R40,000.00 per month
