Job Summary

  • Build your own client base by:
  • Prospecting for new clients via face-to-face appointments and cold calling.
  • Conduct business training needs analysis per client.
  • Offering clients, the service offerings.
  • Keeping your sales pipeline full through continuous prospecting.
  • Meeting targets as set by management.
  • Prepare presentations, and quotes for clients

Remuneration

  • A very competitive basic salary that does not reduce plus commission
  • Petrol card
  • 70% Work from home and 30% onsite

Education, Experience, and Other Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Matric certificate as a minimum.
  • Task orientated, resultsfocused, and accountable.
  • Minimum of two years experience as a sales rep (Training Solutions or HR Solutions experience ).
  • Valid driver's license and own transport.
  • Selfstarter with a focus on prioritizing and executing.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Structured and organized, ability to work independently and alongside a team.
  • Computer literacy, good knowledge of MS Office software package
  • Must be able to demonstrate a track record of sales success in training solutions environment

Salary:
Up to R30,000.00 per month
