    Description

    Associate Financial Modeler – Renewable Energy

    We are seeking a skilled financial modeler to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg, South Africa.

    This role focuses on developing and optimising financial models for renewable energy projects across Africa.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Financial Modeling: Build and maintain complex financial models to support project planning, investment decisions, and forecasting.
    2. Project Analysis: Analyze and evaluate project performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
    3. Reporting: Develop clear financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.
    4. Risk Assessment: Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to identify and mitigate project risks.
    5. Africa Market Expertise: Apply financial modeling expertise to projects across diverse African markets.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
    2. 5+ years of experience in financial modeling, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
    3. Proven expertise in African markets and project finance.
