This role is crucial to the smooth running of the multi-functional audit department and will involve liaising with stakeholders internally, like the Resource Coordinator to maintain the resource planner and capture our daily resourcing needs, or the Training Manager to coordinate training days for our offshore teams.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:The successful applicant will be required to handle (but is not limited to) the following:

  • Manage workflow and deadlines
  • Manage the process for onboarding and offboarding consultants
  • Liaise with training manager to schedule regular training sessions for the Offshore teams
  • Hold weekly calls with each of the internal departments to check in on offshoring progress and pick up any issues
  • Liaise regularly with offshoring vendors
  • Manage working capital and revenue recognition on offshore engagements
  • Reconcile supplier invoices for the offshore vendors
  • Manage the offshoring processes to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on their responsibilities
  • Assist the Resource Coordinator in maintaining our resource request system and making any changes to resource bookings in a timely manner
  • Responsible for maintaining the offshore resource request system and making any changes to resource bookings in a timely manner
  • Work alongside the Audit Manager team to find solutions for day to day issues with resourcing

Qualifications & Experience required

  • 2 to 3 years experience in resource planning and / or offshoring
  • BCom Degree
  • CA(SA) would be an advantage
  • Audit experience would be an advantage
