What you will be doing:

Collaborate with Success Operations Leadership to craft compelling content strategies.

Craft engaging and informative content for newsletters and notifications.

Innovate content and media strategies to boost user engagement.

Aid Project Managers in creating user-friendly process documentation.

Manage customer contact lists to facilitate effective communication.

What you need:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field required.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for business contexts.

Work Hours:

You will be working USA hours initially - these hours will be from 3pm - 12am
