The University of Fort Hare seeks to appoint for the following vacancy:

LECTURER :
BUSINESS MANAGEMENT

The Department of Business Management strives to be pioneering in terms of research and teaching related to the management sciences.

This is achieved through cross-cutting research that also assists the practitioner-policy press concerning the management of businesses.

Minimum Requirements:

A master's degree in Business Management or related field
Registration towards a doctoral degree in Business Management or related field
At least three years' teaching experience in a higher education environment or one year in a higher education environment plus relevant industry experience
A research record supported by publications in DHET accredited journals

Added advantages:

Experience in teaching marketing or strategy
Experience in postgraduate supervision

Responsibilities include:

Teaching and assessment of undergraduate and postgraduate students
Participate in curriculum design and implementation of newly accredited programmes.
Attract funding and conduct research in the field of business management
Supervise postgraduate research
Participate in public engagement activities within the department
Academic administration and citizenship
