A busy 250 seater upmarket steakhouse restaurant and Deli located in Cape Town.


Our Client, a 250 seater busy upmarket Steakhouse Restaurant located in Cape Town, seeks a strong Front of House Restaurant Floor Manager.

Standard Restaurant Management duties will apply. Will report to the General Manager. Manage and lead a team of staff. Coordinate staff, tables, Guests, Cashups, Smooth Service Delivery, Handle and resolve complaints. Previous experience within a full service restaurant within a similar role required.


Skills
Excellent Leadership and management skills. Great Communication skills with Patrons and Staff. Strong administratively and operationally. Own transport preferred but not essential.


Benefits
