    Job Title:

    Brand Manager

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of Vector Logistics' brand, advertising, and sponsorship opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing brand enhancement through various channels, driving employee engagement, and ensuring alignment with company objectives and values.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with company goals.
    • Ensure consistency in messaging and brand identity across digital touchpoints.
    • Drive the agreed positioning of the Vector Logistics brand to the market, focusing on our value proposition and ESG strategy.
    • Support the brand to achieve its strategy and goals, understanding our customers and service offering.
    • Present and deliver the agreed strategic marketing vision and direction to key business units and stakeholders.

    Internal Communications:

    The Brand Manager will work closely with the Employee Engagement & Comms Manager to develop engaging employee communication initiatives, including digital newsletters, email campaigns, and other internal content.

    External Communications & Brand Visibility:

    • Develop and execute digital campaigns to enhance employer branding and corporate reputation.
    • Manage content for the company website, ensuring it is up to date.
    • Work with the Customer Team to craft and distribute external-facing content, including press releases and social media updates.

    Social Media and Digital Analytics and Reporting:

    • Develop collateral for our social media channels.
    • Track and analyze social media metrics.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in a brand and digital communications environment, with expertise in managing digital platforms, social media, and internal communication tools. Familiarity with the supply chain and logistics industry is advantageous, as well as experience in employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Attention to detail.
    • Creativity and innovation to drive in-house content creation.
    • Strategic thinking.
    • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
    • Digital literacy and adaptability.
    • Project management and time management skills.
    • Strong brand development and management.
