    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to showcase developments.
    • Design and maintain high-quality marketing brochures, flyers, signboards, and videos that effectively promote properties.
    • Collaborate with architects to review marketing drawings and develop logos/3D renderings that accurately represent developments.
    • Develop and execute lead generation campaigns on social media platforms to attract potential clients.
    • Distribute marketing materials and work closely with sales agents to ensure a unified approach.
    • Maintain and update commercial, industrial, and retail signboards to reflect current developments.
    • Generate and manage QR codes for easy access to property information.

    Sales & Conveyancing Assistance

    • Support the creation and maintenance of sales agreements and various annexures (e.g., specifications, price lists, repayment schedules).
    • Manage sample boards (e.g., cupboard colors, handles, tiles) and ensure their execution on-site.
    • Ensure timely invoicing for upgrades is completed and paid before occupation.
    • Distribute handover documents to new homeowners and follow up on contractor snags.
    • Coordinate with banks and clients for building draw payments in building package agreements.

    Additional Responsibilities

    • Create presentations for banks and assist with architectural guidelines and annexures.
    • Maintain company websites and monthly vacancy schedules for commercial, industrial, and retail properties.
    • Design corporate branding materials (e.g., desk pads, diaries).
    • Organize social events and corporate functions (e.g., launches, car draws).
    • Manage long service award certificates.

    Requirements:

    • 3 - 5 years' experience.
    • Matric qualification.
